Memoir

Peyton epitomizes what it means to bring happiness to the Internet. Her professional resume includes Kendra Scott and Dropbox, but her personal portfolio is what keeps us coming back for more @PP.
SHOW US ONE OF YOUR LATEST SCREENSHOTS. WHAT MADE IT SING FOR YOU?
I'm such a screenshot hoarder. This is my most recent, but I took about five today. My coworker and friend, Lauren Hakmiller, posts the most fun & inspiring Instagram stories. I loved this photo she took of her friend's outfit—the eclecticism made it feel so well put together (and perfect outfit inspo for a Texas fall!).
On your Buy Again on Amazon.
I love a good pair of socks and these are so comfortable.

A random iPhone Note you have and its contents.
I keep a note titled "?" where I write down anything random that inspires me that I want to remember... a ceramics brand at a new coffee shop, a cookbook I saw on the shelf at a favorite restaurant that I fully intend to find on eBay, or a good clothing combo I saw on TikTok.
A color combination lighting you up.
If you need an idea for a new color combination, shuffle a deck of these cards. Most recently I loved a combination of warm pinks and oranges + an unexpected bright, light green—feeling so inspired by melon season.
What is on your browser bookmark bar – or a tab open today?
Substack—I'm addicted. A few of my favorites include Emily Sundberg's Feed Me, Ali Labelle's A La Carte, and Leigh Patterson's prompts from the Moon Lists.
How do you remember things?
I prioritize the three most important things I need to remember and keep them on my phone homescreen with the "Reminders" app.
I typically remember other moments by collecting them in my extremely disorganized phone photos (like I said, sooo many screenshots).
Recipe you have written down or flagged in a cookbook.
Samantha Seneviratne's Double Chocolate Chip Cookies. Always a crowd pleaser—even for the people who say they don't like chocolate.
Quote from a book you have highlighted.
"Artists, poets, whatever you want to call those people whose job is 'making' take in the commonplace and are forever recognizing it as worthwhile.
I think I am always collecting in a way, walking down a street with my eyes open, looking through a magazine, viewing a movie, visiting a museum or grocery store.
Some of the things I collect are tangible and mount into piles of many layers and when the time comes to use those saved images I dig like an archaeologist and sometimes find what I want and sometimes don't."

What do you want people to remember about you?
That I paid attention to the little things that make people feel known and loved.
