NAME: Taylor Evans
DATE:
JOB TITLE: Founder of Run Well With Tay, Certified Holistic Health & Fitness Coach

Taylor was born in Texas, went to college in California, met her husband in London and worked in NYC. In her twenties, she battled a number of health conditions leading to severe inflammation thus forcing her to make some major life changes.

This included a strategic diet overhaul, a new supplement protocol, a renewed approach to exercise and a drastic career shift.

In 2024, she founded Run Well With Tay (the same name as her increasingly popular Instagram), an integrated health, fitness, and nutrition coaching practice dedicated to helping women of all ages take control of their health and transform their lives to truly run “well”! As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC), her practice is centered around supporting and guiding others on their journey to holistic health and optimal wellbeing through diet, fitness, and lifestyle protocols. I've had the pleasure of knowing Taylor since we were cheerleaders together in high school and can vouch for the positive energy, genuine joy and inspiring presence she brings into your life.

The Memo

Truvani Protein Powder: I am an avid Truvani fan for their clean ingredients.

A random phone note you have and its contents.

I’ve recently been reading A Course in Miracles (disclaimer - this book is DENSE, but powerful!), which is a spiritual book that focuses on undoing the illusion that we are separate in any way from God or others and teaches the cultivation of “miracle-mindedness." The book sets forth this framework as questions to reflect on each morning - I think they’re so powerful and can be so relevant for anyone searching for meaning and purpose (aka all of us!).

The Memo

Omg so many… but this one probably takes the cake for most giggles while scrolling back through my high school “quotes to live by”. Life was so simple then.

How do you remember things?

I have a photographic memory, and my husband thinks it’s absolutely freaky. I literally can remember just about everything, and my memories play out as movies in my brain - like where my husband put his keys earlier, whether I remembered to order more dog food, or who was at a dinner party we both went to years ago and where we all sat at the table / what everyone was wearing!

Recipe you have written down or flagged in a cookbook.

My go to chili recipe is this one from The Defined Dish, which we make at least every other week in colder months, and I’ve fully memorized it by now!

A gift you’ll forever remember receiving or giving.

My sister and I are two years apart and gave each other scrapbooks for Christmas years ago. I used this quote on the front page of hers which still makes me cry:

“A sister is a little piece of childhood that can never be left behind”.

I come back to flip through it every year around the holidays - scrapbooks are just so special!

Quote from a book you have highlighted.

“We can do hard things.”

- from Untamed by Glennon Doyle

What do you want people to remember about you?

My Enneagram type is “The Helper” which I very much relate to, and I think captures this question perfectly – I’m motivated by feeling like I’m making a positive impact on other people’s lives, and I would hope people remember me as someone who shows up for other people and contributes to their wellbeing – whether that be family, friends, clients, or sometimes even strangers.
